Partendo da fenomeni quotidiani e realizzando poi esperienze quantitative si lavora con i concetti di: sistema, equilibrio termico, temperatura, calore, trasformazione. Le attivit\u00e0 utilizzano strumentazione tradizionale (termometri, thermos, cronometri, ecc.) e sensori di temperatura in linea al calcolatore.
